Join us for life drawing sessions at the Firehouse Gallery.

A model will be booked for each session to pose for the artists.

Sessions begin with the model taking short, athletic poses of 1 or 2 minutes to get everyone warmed up. We will progress with a few 5 and 10 minute poses. The remainder of the session will be 20 minute poses.

Artists need to bring their own materials: charcoal, pens, watercolors, gouache, pencils, and newsprint or sketch pads. Chairs and tables are provided but no easels. Artists may bring a collapsable or French easel. Because of limited space, storage is not available.

Sessions are provided for artists to practice and improve their drawing skills. No instruction is provided.

Please note, sessions are open to artists to draw or paint the model. Photographing the model is prohibited.

Physical contact with the model is strictly prohibited.
